Planting tulip bulbs on a beautiful November Day.  

As long as the ground isn't frozen bulbs can be planted, trees too. 

Earth worms.  A gardeners best friend and fun for little boys too.  

I was surprised to see so many worms this time of year.  The part of the garden we were digging was heavily mulched so the dirt was probably still warm.
