Good By Summer, Good By Autumn.   The crops are in, the gardens are cleaned.
We even had our "first snow" yesterday.  

Now it's time to get that compost turned and (if it's ready)  onto the garden beds to be turned in next spring.   There will be plenty of nice days in November for this.  ALSO,  time to get those bulbs in.

Seems, to me, it was a very fast Spring and Summer with all the cold and rain through April and May then the high heat the rest of the summer .  But the gardens produced flowers and veggies in abundance and I am already looking forward to next January.??

January is when the grow lights are turned on, the potting soil is poured into the cells and little seeds are planted.   Heck, that's only 3 months away.
