Now is the time to cut some branches from your pussy-willow tree.  bend them immediately after cutting into the desired shape ( here is around the top of a basket ).

Buy a container of "forced" tulip bulbs that haven't bloomed yet.  Dump out the container and
plant dirt/tulip bulbs around inside  edge of your container/basket.  If your container won't hold water, line container/basket with tinfoil first.

Fill with dirt.

Push taper candles down into the dirt far enough to be sturdy, as not to fall over and start a fire.
